What are the Supply Chain Excellence Awards about?

Now entering its 30th year, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards continue to set the benchmark for global best practice in supply chain management. Established to recognise and reward organisations delivering exceptional operational performance and innovation, the awards have grown into one of the most respected accolades in the industry.

Following nearly three decades of success in London and the introduction of the USA edition in 2024, the awards expanded further with the launch of the Middle East & Africa edition in 2025. This international growth reflects a commitment to celebrating excellence across diverse markets while maintaining the awards’ rigorous standards and credibility.

In May 2026, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards MEA will return to Abu Dhabi, this time hosted in the Rosewood Ballroom at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The event will gather leading supply chain professionals from across the region and internationally, providing unparalleled networking, thought leadership, and industry insights.

The MEA edition continues the awards’ renowned judging process, with expert panels offering detailed evaluation and meaningful feedback to entrants.

Key objectives include:

• Recognising outstanding achievements in supply chain management
• Rewarding companies that demonstrate excellence, innovation, and measurable results
• Showcasing best practices that shape the future of supply chain performance
• Celebrating the sector’s most impactful successes over the past year
• Bringing senior supply chain leaders together in a high-level networking environment

With its continued global expansion, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards remain dedicated to elevating the industry, spotlighting transformational work, and promoting the highest standards across the worldwide supply chain community.

Who can enter the Awards?

The Supply Chain Excellence Awards are designed to celebrate the achievements of businesses in developing and helping run their own or another business's supply chain.

We welcome submissions from both end-user organizations and solutions providers, e.g. 3PLs and consultancies. However, solution provider entries should focus on a partnership with an end-user practitioner client.

What are the entry criteria?

To help entrants, we have outlined the following:

  •     Quality of contribution
  •     Significance of innovation to the industry
  •     Extent to which the solution creates competitive advantage for the company
  •     Depth of application
  •     Evidence of business benefits
  •     Collaboration with others

Criteria for the second stage presentation (if successful in reaching this stage):

  •     Enthusiasm and passion
  •     Commitment of senior management
  •     Communication with the wider organization
  •     Scope/magnitude of change/achievement

How do I enter?

Once you have registered yourself on the platform, you will be able to prepare your entry online. With this system you do not have to complete your entry in one sitting. You can work on it over time, saving your progress as you go. This makes it much easier to get your entry together. The platform also makes it easier for us to (for example) limit the number of words submitted in entries, thus making the entry process a more level playing field. This contributes to the fairness and rigor of the Awards.

Is the information we submit safe?

All entries are strictly confidential. No details of any kind will be shared to anyone other than our judges.

Our judges all have to agree to a confidentiality agreement before they see any entries. Judges will not divulge or utilize confidential information gained from judging submissions, or discuss with any other party, any details of any entry that they judge.

When will the shortlist be announced?

The shortlist will be announced in February 2026

How are the Awards decided?

If shortlisted, you will be invited to deliver an online presentation to our judging panel. Presentations for the 2026 edition will take place between 30 March –2 April. Please note that you will not be able to choose your presentation day or time, so it is essential to ensure your primary presenter is available throughout this period and that you have an alternate prepared.

If your entry is a joint submission, all participating organisations are expected to attend the interview. Absences may significantly reduce the strength of your presentation and overall assessment.
